This project involved the total renovation of a 18th century Stone Steading building that was in very poor condition, there was also a new build house built that replaced an existing derelict cottage, there were many challenges due to Bats, SEPA flood prevention works and involved a bore hole and sewage plant, it is now 6 separate properties all finished to a very high standard in a beautiful setting. Project cost circa £1.4 million completed in 12 months.
